When you send a message through the contact form we collect the name, email address and the content of the message you choose to share.

Purchases in the private atelier

For print orders placed in the reserved area, payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as an independent controller / processor for payment data. We do not process or store your full card details.

The data required to fulfil the order (contact and shipping details) is retained for as long as required by accounting and tax obligations.

Processors and transfers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the technical data needed to deliver the service as a data processor. Anonymous statistics are provided by Vercel Analytics.

Email communications may be delivered through Resend (Resend, Inc.). Any transfers to third countries rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data retention

Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Order data is retained according to legal terms.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to the controller at the contact details above.
